MY VISION
Hi, my name is Mike. I grew up in a small suburb in Wellington where the locals were Dr White the GP, Caroline the hair dresser, and Judy the piano teacher.
Everybody knew each other, and we all looked out for one another.

My vision for Above and Beyond Physiotherapy is to bring the same high level of care, attention, and goodwill to the community.

I have experience and confidence working with elite athletes, active parents, and our treasured grandparents.

I offer a range of appointment times and take all measures to support your recovery in the best possible way.

NATUROPATHY
Autumn offers private consultations involving a comprehensive look at your current and past health history, your personal health goals, and individualised treatment options.
Autumn may perform or suggest further tests and diagnostics if needed. A written treatment plan is provided within a week of the consultation, with recommendations for further treatment, herbal medicines, lifestyle, and diet changes.
SHIATSU
A Shiatsu treatment takes place on a futon (Japanese mattress) on the floor. During a Shiatsu treatment, you are fully clothed and massaged without the use of oils. Please wear comfortable loose, light, and warm clothing (no jeans, no skirts) for your Shiatsu treatment.
Before and during a Shiatsu treatment Autumn will assess and diagnose the ki flow through the body. Autumn’s Shiatsu sessions create a very meditative space. Questions about specific ailments or diet choices may be addressed before and after the treatment.
